TERMS OF SERVICE
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ME!
By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms below.
I. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
THE ARTIST:
- I retain all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: distribution, reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples.
- I do not take credit for the ownership and design of the characters featured in the commission.
- I have right to decline any request without any further explanation and for any reason.
- I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time.
THE CLIENT:
- Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, wallpaper, personal prints, icons, header, profile pictures, post on social medias with credit to the artist (@its.soulfy or a link to my public profile).
- If you'd like me to keep your commissioned work entirely private, let me know in advance.
- Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)
- Do not use the drafts and progress photos I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use (listed above). Do not use my sketches to commission other artists. Do not trace, alter, edit the commission. Do not take credit for the creation of the commission.
- If you are unsure about any usage of the commission, please ask me directly for permission.
- Do not use the commission in any blockchain technology, which includes NFTs, crypto-currency, and future inventions of the subject.
II. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through BuyMeaCoffee.
- By commissioning me and paying for a commission, the client agrees to pay for any occurring Buymeacoffee fees.
- Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission.
- Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.
- Full refund can be requested before I start working on the commission.
- NO refund once the sketch has been approved or after delivery of the final product. Disliking the commission or having a change of mind are not considered for a refund; this is minimalized by providing drafts and progress photos throughout the working process.
- If for some reason I can't finishing the commission, I will give full refund and take back all rights to the unfinished commission (it means you can not use the drafts and progress photos I provide under any circumstances).
III. PROCESS & DELIVERY
- Please provide both visual and text references. I do not accept commissions based on only text descriptions or unclear reference sheet (messy sketch, blurry details). You should describe your request as best you can so that the process goes smoothly.
- Commission time may vary depending on complexity (usually 5 days - 1 months).
- I will provide the sketch - line art and rough color draft - finished piece.
- Maximum of 2 revisions (= 2 times) are accepted in the sketch stage and 1 revision in the coloring stage. Revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in commission form, you can't change the description completely or ask for a different idea. After approval of the sketch, only minimal changes that do not affect the construct of the commission can be made. Further revisions will be charged additional fee upon agreement.
- If I make a mistake with the character's design, I will offer to fix it free of charge, on a condition that the missing detail is clearly visible on reference sheet or noted in the text description.
- The finished commission will be delivered via email or an online download location in .png format; this does not include the working files (.psd, .csp). File will be of highest resolution and include a small watermark.
